选用L_8(2~7)正交表对楤木齐墩果酸的提取工艺进行优选。结果认为A_2B_2C_2D_2为最佳提取工艺,即,将楤木根皮粗粉加适量水润透后置39℃培养箱中自然发醇48h,加入3％H_2SP_4稀溶液,加压(1.5kg/cm~2)水解4.5h,这样提取楤木齐墩果酸得率最高,且经济、简便。
L_8 (2~7) orthogonal table was used to optimize the extraction process of oleanolic acid from eucalyptus. The results showed that A_2B_2C_2D_2 was the best extraction process, that is, adding the appropriate quantity of water to the Auricularia bark root rind and placing it in a 39°C incubator for 48 hours, adding 3% H_2SP_4 dilute solution and increasing the pressure (1.5kg/cm~2). ) Hydrolysis for 4.5h, so that the extraction rate of oleanolic acid is the highest, and it is economical and simple.
