随着社会的不断发展,企业之间的竞争压力越来越大,为了扩大企业的生产规模,方便企业的经济业务的管理,人们也将会计电算化应用到企业的会计工作当中,这样不仅有效的提高了会计工作的效率,还有利于企业的经济发展。但是,由于目前我国大多数企业在会计电算化会计工作中,仍然是按照传统会计管理流程对企业会计工作进行管理,这就使得会计信息的及时性和共享性达不到人们的要求,这就对企业的财务信息化管理到来了一定的影响,因此,就要将企业流程再造应用到企业财务信息化中。现通过对会计流程再造的意义进行了简要的介绍,探讨了会计流程再造在企业财务信息化中的应用,以供参考。
With the continuous development of society, the pressure of competition among enterprises is getting bigger and bigger. It has a certain impact on the enterprise’s financial information management, therefore, it is necessary to apply the enterprise process reengineering to the enterprise’s financial informationization. Through the introduction of the significance of accounting process reengineering, this paper discusses the application of accounting process reengineering in enterprise financial information for reference.
