创业板对新兴产业发展的推动作用不言而喻,但在发展过程中也出现了很多问题。针对我国创业板市场高风险、高成长和创新性等特点,借鉴英美等发达国家及我国香港、台湾地区对于创业板进入、退出和违规的惩罚经验,建议相关部门从披露模式、监管和惩罚措施以及公司治理结构三个方面对我国创业板市场予以完善和提高。
The role of GEM in promoting the development of new industries is self-evident, but many problems have emerged in the course of its development. Aiming at the characteristics of high risk, high growth and innovation in China’s GEM market, this paper draws lessons from the punitive experiences of the developed countries in the United Kingdom, the United States and other developed countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan in entering and exiting the GEM, and provides suggestions to the relevant departments in terms of disclosure mode, regulatory measures and punitive measures As well as corporate governance structure of three aspects of China’s GEM market to improve and improve.
