电刺激麻醉家兔膈神经中枢端可引起动脉血压下降，此降压反应不能被剪断双侧迷走神经所阻断；但可被静脉注射心得安１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ部分阻断；也可被静脉注射酚妥拉明２．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ部分阻断，去除缓冲神经后其降压效应更为明显．结果表明：膈神经的传入纤维参与血压调节，其降压反应与迷走神经无关，而与α受体和β受体功能有关．

The results showed that the afferent fibers of the phrenic nerve are involved in the regulation of blood pressure, and the antihypertensive response has nothing to do with the vagus nerve, but is related to the function of α receptor and β receptor.
