Mr. Li Yongsui, a researcher at the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and an expert on government special allowances of the State Council, died at the age of 83 in Beijing on November 3, 2011 due to illness. Mr. Li Yong Sui, Han nationality, born December 10, 1928, Guangxi Hengxian. After graduating from the Department of Chinese at Guangxi University in 1951, he studied in the Chinese Department of the Central University for Nationalities. In 1956, he graduated from a postgraduate course in Linguistics and assigned a minority of Chinese Academy of Sciences
