本文作者由8例健康人,15例未经治疗的ITP患者,4例经脾切除但未接受类固醇治疗的ITP缓解期患者血液中分离和制取血浆来源的血清(PDS)、全血血清(WBS)和血小板溶解物,测定人脐静脉血管内皮细胞对~3H-胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷的摄取,探讨血小板血清因子对人脐带血管内皮细胞生长和DNA合成的影响。将ITP患者与正常人的WBS、PDS及血小板溶解物分别加入培养的血管内皮细胞中,规定的生长指数是在培养时和9天细胞数的比率。其结果为:加入ITP患者WBS组的生长指数为0.97±0.25(均值±
The authors of this study consisted of 8 healthy individuals, 15 untreated ITP patients and 4 patients with splenectomized but not steroid-treated ITP-remissioned patients. Plasma-derived serum (PDS) and whole blood serum WBS) and platelet lysate, the determination of 3H-thymidine uptake in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and the effect of platelet factor on the growth of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and DNA synthesis were investigated. The WBS, PDS and platelet lysate of ITP patients and normal individuals were respectively added to the cultured vascular endothelial cells, and the prescribed growth index was the ratio of the number of the cells at the time of culturing and 9 days.
