改革开放30多年来,我国经济持续快速增长,综合国力大幅提升,人民生活显著改善,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但从总体上看,粗放型的发展方式并未根本转变,经济增长的资源环境代价过大。只有加快转变经济发展方式,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,才能有效破解资源环境约束,实现可持续发展。
Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, our economy has enjoyed sustained and rapid economic growth, its comprehensive national strength has risen dramatically, and people’s living conditions have been significantly improved. We have achieved world-renowned achievements. However, on the whole, the extensive mode of development has not fundamentally changed and the resources and environment for economic growth have been too expensive. Only by speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society can we effectively crack down on resource and environment constraints and achieve sustainable development.
