参窝水库,控制流域面积6 175 km~2,是一座以防洪、工业供水、农田灌溉为主并结合发电的控制性水利工程。近年来,由于上游本溪市的工业废水和生活污水的大量排放,使得参窝水库水体受到污染,只能用于农田灌溉。分析参窝水库的环境容量,对控制库上游本溪市的污染及提出控制措施能起到关键性的作用。本文根据实测水文、水质资料,建立了不同水期下 CODcr、BOD_5及氨氮的相关模型,运用矩阵法求解水库的环境容量。
Shenwo Reservoir, with a controlled catchment area of 6 175 km ~ 2, is a controlled water conservancy project that combines flood control, industrial water supply and farmland irrigation with power generation. In recent years, due to the large discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage in upstream Benxi City, the water in Shenwo reservoir is polluted and can only be used for farmland irrigation. Analyzing the environmental capacity of Shenwo reservoir plays a key role in controlling the pollution in Benxi city upstream of the reservoir and proposing the control measures. Based on the measured hydrological and water quality data, a correlation model of CODcr, BOD_5 and ammonia nitrogen at different water stages was established, and the matrix method was used to solve the environmental capacity of the reservoir.
