电离辐射引起人淋巴细胞转化活力下降已有多篇报告证实,多数作者都获得照射剂量与淋转抑制程度间的线性关系。但不同种属动物的淋巴细胞对射线反应存在差异,这对辐射敏感性的研究有一定价值。弥猴是接近于人的重要实验动物之一,但关于猴的淋转辐射效应尚未见报导。本文用离体猴血为材料,观察其淋巴细胞的辐射敏感性,并与人、狗的材料作一比较。
Ionizing radiation causes a decrease in human lymphocyte transformation activity Several reports confirm that most authors have obtained a linear relationship between irradiation dose and extent of lymph node suppression. However, different species of animal lymphocytes respond differently to radiation, which has some value for the study of radiation sensitivity. The monkey is one of the most important experimental animals close to humans. However, there has not been any report on the radiation effect of the monkey on the lean radiation. In this paper, isolated monkey blood as the material, observe the radiation sensitivity of lymphocytes, and with human, dog’s material for a comparison.
