边防军人价值观的导向及培育关系到军事软实力的增强和军事主动权的赢得。当前我国边防军人价值观偏移有其深层原因:生理心理问题是首要外因,物质经济压力是根本因素,社会思潮多元化是内在动因。对此,培育边防军人价值观可从三个层次全方位综合推进:鉴古知今,培养传统军人核心价值观;博采众长,镜鉴外军价值观培育理念方法;与时俱进,推进当代边防军人价值观构建。通过对边防军人这一特殊群体价值观偏移影响机制的深入分析,以期突破其价值观培育相关理论不彻底和实践指导力度有限的研究困境。
The orientation and cultivation of the values of border guards are related to the enhancement of military soft power and the win of military initiative. At present, there are some deep reasons for the deviation of the values of frontier military personnel in our country. Physiological and psychological problems are the primary external causes. Physical and economic pressure is the fundamental factor. The diversification of social thoughts is the intrinsic motivation. In this regard, fostering the values of frontier defense soldiers can be comprehensively and comprehensively promoted from three levels: from ancient times to ancient times, cultivating the traditional military personnel’s core values; drawing upon others and mirroring the concept of cultivation of values of the foreign troops; advancing with the times and promoting the construction of values of contemporary border guards . Through the in-depth analysis of the influence mechanism of the deviation of the value of the special group of border guards, this paper attempts to break through the research dilemma of not thoroughness of the theory and limited practical guidance.
