当前,国内经济发展已步入新常态,企业的生产经营已处于新的生态环境。对于油企而言,新常态意味着“持续下行的油价、更加激烈的市场竞争、进一步的深化改革”。“新常态”的概念自提出以来,主动适应成为企业的共同选择和行动目标,油企面临着前所未有的巨大挑战,同时也迎来了改革发展的上佳时机。石油装备制造企业必须转型发展、从严管理,将严峻的挑战转化为进阶的动力,借以重塑发展体制和运行机制,以新状态适应新常态。
At present, the domestic economic development has entered a new normal and the production and operation of enterprises have been in a new ecological environment. For the oil companies, the new normal means “continuing downward oil prices, more intense market competition and further deepening reforms.” Since the introduction of the concept of “new normal”, the initiative to adapt to become the common choice and goal of the enterprise, oil companies face unprecedented challenges, but also ushered in the reform and development of a good time. The petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises must make the transition and development, strictly manage and transform the severe challenges into the advanced ones so as to reshape the development system and operation mechanism and adapt to the new normal with the new ones.
