中国人民解放战争,仅用了三年的时间,就消灭了国民党的八百万军队,解放了整个中国大陆。解放战争迅速取得胜利的原因是多方面的,如党中央和毛主席的英明领导,我党正确的政治路线和思想路线,我军将土的勇敢作战,广大人民群众的大力支援。此外,还有一个不可忽视的重要原因,就是我党进行了大规模的干部培训工作。今天,回顾和总结解放战争时期我们党为了适应解放战争的需要,争取战争的胜利所进行的那段大力培训干部的历史,对于我们今天建设革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化干部队伍和实现四化大业无疑是大有裨益的。
