财政体制变迁对地方政府财力的影响——基于31个省、直辖市、自治区1978—2006年面板数据计量分析

本文利用31个省、直辖市、自治区1978—2006年面板数据,构建三线段回归模型和个体随机效应模型,研究了1985年和1994年两次财政体制变迁对地方财力的影响,我们发现:财政体制变迁在不同程度上影响了地方财力的增长。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions from 1978 to 2006, this paper constructs a three-line regression model and individual random effects model to study the impact of the two financial system changes on local financial resources in 1985 and 1994. We find that the financial system Changes in varying degrees affected the growth of local financial resources.
