陆游承认万事万物有规律,并尽其所能加以探索,进而根据事物变化的必然规律来预测、判断事物未来之变化趋势。他根据宋、金两朝的政治特点和变化趋势,对金主张坚决抵抗,战斗到底;对宋朝内政主张抑强扶弱,抓大放小,推行公平政治,建立至公至平社会。陆游长期探索养生、长生的规律,并且由此提出许多正确而宝贵的主张。陆游自己重视养生、长生,也很希望惠及大众和国家。陆游的著作可分为描述性诗文和哲理性诗文两种,而哲理性诗文是最珍贵的精华,更值得学习、研究。
Lu You acknowledges that everything is regular and explores to the best of its abilities, and then predicts and decides the changing trend of things in the light of the inevitable laws of changes in things. Based on the political features and changing trends in the Song and Jin dynasties, he resolutely resisted Kim and opposed the war, and advocated that the internal affairs of the Song Government should be restrained from increasing its power and weakness, grasping for greater liberty, promoting fair politics, and establishing a just and peaceful society. Lu You long-term exploration of health, longevity of the law, and thus put forward many correct and valuable propositions. Lu You attaches importance to health, longevity, but also very much hope to benefit the public and the country. Lu You’s books can be divided into two kinds of descriptive poems and philosophical poems, philosophical poetry is the most precious essence, more worthy of study, research.
