随着鹿角状肾结石手术方法的进步,各种保护肾功能的方法也得到了发展,使肾结石手术获得了一个良好的无血手术野.我院从1982年以来,对5例鹿角状肾结石采用原位肾脏低温方法施行手术,收到良好的效果,现报道如下. 手术方法经腰部斜切口,游离肾脏、肾蒂血管、上段输尿管,20%甘露醇250ml快速静滴,阻断肾动脉并提高输尿管;生理盐水冰屑置于肾周,10分钟后肾表面温度可降至10～5°
