[目的]分析广东省中山市2000~2004年恶性肿瘤发病地区差异。[方法]收集、整理中山市肿瘤登记处2000~2004年恶性肿瘤的发病资料,统计分析不同地区恶性肿瘤的发病数、粗率、中国和世界人口标化率、构成比和年龄别发病率等指标。[结果]中山市2000~2004年恶性肿瘤发病男性主要以东区、石岐区为代表的中部地区和以黄圃、小榄镇为代表的北部地区发病水平较高,女性主要以东区、石岐区为代表的中部地区发病水平较高,而神湾、坦州、横栏和民众等沙田地区男女发病水平均较低。男性恶性肿瘤世界人口标化发病率最高地区(黄圃镇250.26/10万)是最低地区(横栏镇131.07/10万)的1.91倍,女性最高(石岐区177.79/10万)是最低地区(坦州镇76.67/10万)的2.32倍。此外,不同镇区高发恶性肿瘤也明显不同。[结论]2000~2004年中山市恶性肿瘤发病存在着明显的地区差异,提示中山市不同地区恶性肿瘤危害程度和发病因素不同,应针对性的开展恶性肿瘤防治工作。
[Objective] To analyze the difference of the incidence of malignant tumor from 2000 to 2004 in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. [Methods] The data of incidence of malignant tumor in Zhongshan Cancer Registry from 2000 to 2004 were collected and analyzed. The incidence of malignant tumor in different areas, the crude rate, population standardization rate in China and the world, constituent ratio and age-related morbidity were statistically analyzed . [Results] The incidence of malignant tumors in Zhongshan from 2000 to 2004 was mainly in the central region represented by the eastern region and the Shiqi region, while the northern region represented by the Huangpu and Xiaolan Township was higher in incidence. The female mainly belonged to the eastern region and Shiqi The incidence of the disease in the central region represented by the district was high, while that in Sha Tin, including the Shenwan, Taizhou, Henglan and the common people, was relatively low. The highest prevalence rate of male malignant tumors in the world (250.26 / 100000 in Huangpu Town) is 1.91 times of the lowest (131.07 / 100000 in Henglan), and the highest in women (Shiqi 177.79 / 100000) is the lowest (Taizhou 76.67 / 100,000) 2.32 times. In addition, high incidence of malignant tumors in different townships is also significantly different. [Conclusion] There are obvious regional differences in the incidence of malignant tumors in Zhongshan City from 2000 to 2004, suggesting that the malignant tumors in different areas of Zhongshan City have different degrees of harm and different risk factors. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors should be targeted.
