“小康不小康,关键看住房”。在未来进入全面小康社会时,人们的居住状况应是一项十分重要的指标。有人预测,在本世纪的前十年里,我国城市居民奔小康体现在住房上主要是居住面积的增加,而在后十年中则体现在居住品质的提高。
“Well-off is not well-to-do, the key to see housing ”. When entering an overall well-to-do society in the future, people’s living conditions should be a very important indicator. Some people predict that during the first decade of this century, the urban residents in our country ran toward the well-being of their living accommodation, mainly in the area of housing. In the latter ten years they were reflected in the improvement of housing quality.
