甘油铜试剂是目前一种比较新的醛类及还原糖试剂。在讲人体解剖生理学消化器官的消化作用一节时,如有需要演示唾液对淀粉的消化作用,我们建议使用甘油铜试剂来代替过去常用的斐林溶液(Fehlings solution)和本立狄溶液(Benedicts solution),因为甘油铜试剂不仅在配制时简便省料,而且在使用上也非常方便和满意。现特介绍于下,提供同志们参考。配制方法甘油铜是氢氧化铜溶解于甘油中而生成的可溶性络化合物。配制时可先把氢氧化钠30克溶解200c.c.水中制成冷溶液;另把结晶硫酸铜15克溶解于200c.c.水中制成冷溶液,然后把两种溶液在500c.c.
