1引言 二溴乙氧基偶氮胂是武汉大学近期合成的一种双偶氮类稀土显色剂。该试剂与稀土元素络合反应具有很高的灵敏度和选择性,已用于合金中稀土总量的测定。但它与锶的显色反应的研究,尚无报道。据本文研究在0.1mol/LH_3PO_4介质中,锶与试剂形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长为621.8nm,络合比为1:2,摩尔吸光系数(ε630)为3.6×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),干扰显色反应的离子少,测定的线性范围宽(0~20μg Sr~(2+)/25ml遵守比尔定律),应用于不含稀土铝合金中锶的直接测定,结果准确,方法简便可靠。
1 Introduction Dibromo-ethoxide arsenazo is a recently synthesized bis-azo rare earth color developer of Wuhan University. The reagent with rare earth complex reaction has a high sensitivity and selectivity, has been used for the determination of the total rare earth alloy. However, its color reaction with strontium has not been reported. According to the present study, strontium forms a stable blue-violet complex with 0.1mol / LH_3PO_4 medium. The maximum absorption wavelength of this complex is 621.8nm with a complex ratio of 1: 2. The molar absorptivity (ε630) is 3.6 × 10 ~ 4L · mol -1 cm -1, and there are few ions that interfere with the chromogenic reaction. The linear range of determination (0 ~ 20μg Sr 2+ / 25ml obeys Bill’s law) Used in direct determination of strontium in rare earth-free aluminum alloy, the result is accurate and the method is simple and reliable.
