1984年我们选择了十所中小学校,用统一表格登记学生在体育活动中所发生的运动损伤。由体育教师和校医负责登记,后经逐个核实,分类统计。并按其程度分为:(1)轻伤:不影响学习能力的;(2)中等伤:影响学习24小时以上,需在医院门诊治疗的;(3)重伤:需住院治疗的。结果与分析1.十所学校的学生人数为11568人(男7371人,女4197人),发生运动损伤者487人,发生率为4.21%。男生运动损伤发生率(4.64%)显著高于女生(3.45%)(x~2=9.32、P<0.005)。初中学生运动损伤发生率(5.97%)显著高于小学生(3.91%)(x~2=18.58、P<0.005)。高中学生最低(2.80%)。这可
In 1984, we selected 10 primary and secondary schools to register the students for sports injuries during sports activities in a unified form. By the physical education teacher and school doctor is responsible for registration, after verification, classification statistics.
