本文考察了市场结构因素对中国制造业FDI技术溢出效应的影响,模型中纳入了垂直溢出机制,采用系统GMM方法进行了动态面板数据的交互项分析,同时进行了分组检验。结果表明,在规模更大、市场势力更强的行业,有利于行业内技术溢出的实现;而垂直型技术溢出则主要发生在中小型企业更多、市场势力较弱、竞争程度更高的行业。
This paper examines the impact of market structure factors on the technology spillover effect of manufacturing FDI in China. The model incorporates the vertical spillover mechanism and uses the system GMM method to conduct interactive item analysis of dynamic panel data. Meanwhile, the grouping test is carried out. The results show that in larger and more market-oriented industries, it is conducive to the realization of technology spillovers in the industry. Vertical technology spillovers mainly occur in industries with more small and medium-sized enterprises, less market power and more competition. .
