一、日本与亚太地区科技合作的意义 科技合作既有助于提高相互间的科技水平、促进社会经济发展,同时对人类科技事业的繁荣及国际社会的稳定与发展具有重大意义。国际问题恳谈会认为,日本与亚太地区进行科技合作的主要出发点可归纳为:
I. Significance of Science and Technology Cooperation between Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region Cooperation in science and technology not only helps to raise the level of science and technology between each other and promote social and economic development, but also is of great significance to the prosperity of human science and technology and the stability and development of the international community. The international symposium believes that the main starting point for Japan-Asia cooperation in science and technology can be summarized as follows:
