人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染可导致各种疾病,并常常导致严重的并发症。随着临床实验室技术的发展,检测与HCMV感染相关的特异蛋白生物标志物有利于快速准确诊断HCMV感染并对预后进行观察。本文对最近几年报道的HCMV标志性蛋白进行概述。
Infection with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) can lead to various diseases and often leads to serious complications. With the development of clinical laboratory technology, the detection of specific protein biomarkers related to HCMV infection is helpful for rapid and accurate diagnosis of HCMV infection and observation of prognosis. This article provides an overview of the HCMV signature proteins reported in recent years.
