苏府规字〔2011〕2号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:现将《苏州市城市建设项目配套绿地指标踏勘审查规程》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。苏州市人民政府二〇一一年三月十七日苏州市城市建设项目配套绿地指标踏勘审查规程第一条为加强城市建设项目配套绿地指标踏勘审查工作,进一步规范建设行为,保障城市绿化的实施,依据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《苏州市城乡规划条例》和《苏州市城市绿化条例》等法律、法规’结合本市实际,制定本规程。第二条凡由删行政主管部门验收的城市建设项目,其配套绿地指标踏勘审查工作,适用本规程。
