采用线性回归及动态吸氧的方法研究了碱性氮和非碱性氮对润滑油基础油氧化性能的影响。线性回归处理结果表明 ,非碱性氮对基础油的氧化性能影响最为显著。动态吸氧的结果表明 ,低氮含量时氮化物促进饱和烃氧化 ,高氮含量时氮化物抑制饱和烃氧化。饱和烃的氧化性能随非碱性氮含量的改变显著大于碱性氮 ,从而揭示了非碱性氮是影响基础油氧化性能最显著的组成因素的本质
The effects of basic nitrogen and non-basic nitrogen on oxidation performance of lubricating base oil were studied by linear regression and dynamic oxygen absorption. The linear regression results show that the non-basic nitrogen has the most significant effect on the oxidation performance of the base oil. The dynamic oxygen uptake results show that nitrides promote the oxidation of saturated hydrocarbons at low nitrogen levels, while the nitrides inhibit the oxidation of saturated hydrocarbons at high nitrogen levels. The oxidation behavior of saturated hydrocarbons with non-basic nitrogen content changes significantly greater than basic nitrogen, revealing the nature of non-basic nitrogen is the most significant component of the basic oil oxidation performance
