项目集群是美国国家语言能力建设的重要特色和手段之一。本文通过对“祖籍传承语者英语提升”项目的建设背景、概况、成效和特点等方面进行评述,从个案研究的视角概括和总结了后9?11时代美国在项目集群建设方面取得的成绩。文章最后探讨了该项目对提升我国国家语言能力的启示作用:(1)结合国情,整合和优化资源;(2)人才培养采用精英教育模式;(3)根据国家安全需要,动态调整关键语言。
Project cluster is one of the important features and means of building the national language competence in the United States.
