各市州人民政府,省政府各厅委、各直属机构:党政机关与所办经济实体和管理的直属企业脱钩后,各地、各有关部门为把国家和省的有关方针政策及时传达贯彻到企业做了很多工作。但仍然有一些地方和部门没有与企业建立正常的联系渠道和有效的公文运行机制,国家和省的一些政策规定在企业得不到及时贯彻落实。为了避免这种情况的发生,根据《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好向企业传达贯彻国家方针政策工作的通知》(国办发[2001]36号)要求,经省政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:一、向省属国有重点企业发送文件、传达国务院和省政府的有关重要会议和文件精神,以及省属企业
