The high degree of work in fresh concrete mixtures has recently become more and more important. The increase in the use and size of flowing concrete is mainly due to the development of superplasticizers. Superplasticizers can produce flowing concrete without having to increase the amount of cement slurry. Now, we hope that flowing concrete will be used in general construction, and we also hope that the application of flowing concrete in special occasions, such as the method of pipe casting, will not be restricted. The working degree of flowing concrete is so high that it is impossible to evaluate it with the current British standard test. Therefore, at the construction site, for the test of flowing concrete, only European countries can only use the standard
