According to a British computer news report in November 65, computer-controlled companies have developed the first integrated-circuit magnetic core memory with an operating speed of 1 microsecond and a full cycle time of less than 500 nanoseconds. Because computer controlled companies use integrated circuits (μ-PACS), current coincidence and randomly selected core memory (ICM-40) offer the advantages of low cost, small size, and high reliability. The IC was proposed by the computer-controlled company for 64 years.
