我国食管癌外科已有四十年的历史。在解放前的十年,仅在北京、上海、天津等极少数医院能完成这类手术,其总例数约50例左右,手术死亡率约在30％以上。在解放后的卅年间,我国食管癌和贲门癌的外科治疗工作,随着祖国医药卫生事业的发展,不仅治疗了大量病人,而且积累了丰富的经验,并广泛普及到一些地区或县医院。我院自1952年9月至1978年底,共对4310例食管癌和贲门癌病人做子外科治疗,过去曾做过报导。现就本院26年间外科治疗的经验和一些问题加以讨论。
The history of esophageal cancer surgery in our country has been 40 years. In the decade before liberation, only a few hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin were able to complete such surgeries. The total number of such operations was about 50, and the surgical mortality rate was about 30%. During the twilight years after the liberation, the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer and cardia cancer in China, along with the development of the medical and health services of the motherland, not only treated a large number of patients, but also accumulated rich experience and was widely spread to some district or county hospitals. In our hospital from September 1952 to the end of 1978, a total of 4,310 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer patients were treated with sub-surgical treatment. It has been reported in the past. We will now discuss the experience and some issues of surgical treatment in our hospital for 26 years.
