目的:分析医院药事管理中PDCA的应用。方法2013年11月~2015年12月,我院将292例患者通过电脑随机分组的方式,分为观察组和常规组,每组患者均为146例。其中常规组患者全部采用传统医院药事管理;而观察组患者则采用PDCA方式管理。结果经过不同的管理模式后,观察组患者满意度为97.26%(142/146),药学差错事件发生率为1.37%(2/146);常规组患者满意度为87.67%(128/146),药学差错事件发生率为5.48%(8/146)。观察组患者的满意度明显高于常规组,而药学差错事件发生率则明显低于常规组(<0.05),具备统计学意义。结论应用PDCA模式管理能够提升医院药事管理的整体质量,降低药学差错发生事件,从而提升患者的满意度。,Objective To analyze the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management in the application of PDCA.Methods In November 2013 to December 2015,by means of computer randomly assigned 292 patients were divided into observation group and routine group,patients were 146 cases in each group.The conventional group of patients all adopt the traditional hospital pharmaceutical affairs management;While the observation group of patients using PDCA management.Results Observation group of patients’satisfaction was 97.26%(142/146),pharmacy error event rate was 1.37%(2/146);Regular group of patients satisfaction was 87.67%(128/146),pharmacy error event rate was 5.48%(8/146).and pharmacy error event rates are significantly lower than normal group ( <0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management can enhance the overall quality of the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management.
