通过改进传统的长时间烧结工艺,制备出了具有好的压敏特性的多元ZnO压敏材料,获得了非线性系数α=13的结果,系统研究了材料的I-V特性,利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜微区形貌分析(SEM)研究了材料的微结构及对压敏特性的影响,对该类材料的压敏机理作了进一步的讨论。
The multicomponent ZnO varistor material with good pressure-sensitive properties was prepared by improving the traditional long-time sintering process. The nonlinear coefficient α = 13 was obtained. The IV characteristics of the material were systematically studied. The X-ray diffraction ), Scanning electron microscopy morphology analysis (SEM) study of the microstructure of the material and the pressure-sensitive properties of the pressure-sensitive mechanism of these materials for further discussion.
