目的了解濮阳市青少年骑车违规行为及其聚集现状,为制定适宜的干预措施提供依据。方法按随机分层整群抽样的方法,分别抽取濮阳市中学生共计4 361名,匿名填写中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷。结果过去30 d中,中学生骑车违规报告率为62.9%,其中男生为62.3%、女生为63.6%;6种骑车违规情形报告率由高到低依次为骑车带人(54.8%)、逆行(16.5%)、双手离把(12.2%)、闯红灯/乱穿马路(10.5%)、追逐打闹(9.9%)、攀附其他车辆(7.6%);骑车违规行为聚集程度男生高于女生,高中生高于初中生,城市学生高于农村学生(χ2值分别为19.984,13.039,P值均<0.05);骑车违规行与严重伤害呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论濮阳市骑车违规行为报告率较高,城市高中男生为高危人群。应采取科学干预措施,培养中学生自觉遵守交通法规的习惯。
Objective To understand the behaviors of young people cycling in Puyang city and the status quo of their gathering, so as to provide the basis for formulating appropriate intervention measures. Methods According to random stratified cluster sampling method, a total of 4 361 middle school students in Puyang city were drawn, and questionnaires of health behaviors of adolescents in China were anonymously filled in. Results In the past 30 days, the reported rate of secondary school students’ bicycle violation was 62.9%, of which 62.3% were boys and 63.6% were girls. The six reported cases of bicycle irregularities were cyclists (54.8%) from high to low, (16.5%), hands away (12.2%), red light / crumbling across the road (10.5%), chasing slapstick (9.9%) and climbing other vehicles (7.6%); , High school students were higher than junior high school students, and urban students were higher than rural students (χ2 = 19.984 and 13.039, P <0.05 respectively). There was a positive correlation between bicycle violation and serious injury (P <0.05). Conclusion The report rate of cycling irregularities in Puyang City is high, while the high school boys in urban areas are at high risk. Scientific intervention measures should be taken to train middle-school students to abide by the traffic laws and regulations.
