本文报导20例正常人及40例心血管病的心电图T波改变病人.钾负荷试验T波恢复正常为阳性。结果证明该试验可以区分功能性或器质性T波改变.根据病人服钾前后血球钾比正常人增高,认为可能是心肌轻度的损伤摄取钾增多有关.方法简单、易行、无副作用,可以推广使用。
