我厂配30万瓩机组的935吨/时直流锅炉再热器的工作参数为:进口——35公斤/厘米~2、337℃C;出口——大于33公斤/厘米~2、570℃。再热器的进、出口联箱上有一列大口径开孔,并焊上支管,构成焊接三通。由于这一列大口径孔间节距较小,导致联箱强度减弱。为了确保机组的安全运行,对这种焊接三通进行了应力测定。试验目的试验是在一只双三通(图1)上进行测定的,其目的主要有下:
