在新时代发展下，应该将行政事业单位的工作进行优化处理，使之绩效得到一个提升优化，其中单位的财务内部控制体系需要做好管理建设工作，使行政事业单位能够长期有效的进行发展。在行政事业单位财务管理内部控制的建设中，存在着诸多问题与风险，这就需要重视完善建设体系，加强管理控制的风险防范。
