利用超临界流体色谱成功地分离了黄酮类化合物,研究了流动相组成、柱条件、压力及温度的影响。发现流动相组成是影响色谱分离的最主要因素;其次,色谱柱条件也是影响分离的一个很重要的因素,硅胶基质的键合苯基柱比较适合于极性黄酮类化合物的分离。考察了压力和温度对分离的影响。在合适的色谱条件下进行了银杏叶提取物中黄酮化合物的分离。
Flavonoids were successfully separated by supercritical fluid chromatography. The effects of mobile phase composition, column conditions, pressure and temperature were studied. It is found that the mobile phase composition is the most important factor affecting the chromatographic separation. Secondly, the column conditions are also a very important factor affecting the separation. The bonded phenyl column of silica gel matrix is more suitable for the separation of polar flavonoids. The effects of pressure and temperature on the separation were examined. Flavonoids were isolated from the Ginkgo biloba extract under suitable chromatographic conditions.
