本研究应用光镜与电镜技术,观察了大鼠回肠集合淋巴小结部表面肠上皮的组织学特征。成年大鼠回肠集合淋巴小结部的肠上皮,由吸收细胞、M细胞及少量的杯状细胞组成。M细胞于3周龄鼠可观察到,其胞质较多,顶端有微绒毛结构,尚未出现微皱褶,上皮内侵入的淋巴细胞较少。于4周龄鼠至成鼠,M细胞呈成熟状态,其表面形成微皱褶,细胞质较少,细胞基底面形成凹陷,覆盖着许多上皮内淋巴细胞、浆细胞及巨噬细胞。
In this study, histological features of the intestinal epithelium on the surface of the ileal collecting lymphoid nodules were observed using light and electron microscopy techniques. The intestinal epithelium of the adult rat ileum sets lymphatic nodules, which consists of absorbed cells, M cells and a few goblet cells. M cells can be observed in 3-week-old mice, the cytoplasm more, the top of the microvilli structure, has not been micro-folds, infiltration of epithelial cells less lymphocytes. Mice were mature at 4 weeks of age and M cells formed micro-folds on the surface with less cytoplasm. The basal surface of the M cells became concave and covered with many intraepithelial lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages.
