[目的]评价乙基多杀菌素对水稻蓟马的效果。[方法]采用室内生物测定和田间药效法。[结果]乙基多杀菌素处理水稻蓟马(Stenchaetothrips biformis)24 h的LC_(50)、LC_(90)值分别为0.1075、0.7214 mg/L,与毒死蜱的毒效比为15.76。6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂用量13.5、18、22.5、27、36 g a.i./hm2于药后表现出较好的速效性和持效性。在使用剂量36~144 g a.i./hm2范围内喷施6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂对水稻安全,未观察到明显药害。[结论]乙基多杀菌素可以有效安全防治水稻蓟马。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the effect of ethyl spinosad on rice thrips. [Method] Indoor bioassay and field pharmacodynamics were used. [Result] The LC 50 value and LC 90 value of ethyl spinosad treatment Stenchaetothrips biformis 24 h were 0.1075 and 0.7214 mg / L, respectively. The toxicity ratio to chlorpyrifos was 15.76% The dosages of spinosad suspending agent 13.5,18,22.5,27,36 g ai / hm2 showed good quick-acting and persistence after treatment. Spraying 6% ethyl spinosad suspension in the range of 36 ~ 144 g a.i./hm2 was safe for rice and no obvious phytotoxicity was observed. [Conclusion] Ethyl spinosad could effectively and safely control rice thrips.
