1 概述西霞院反调节水库工程位于黄河干流中游河南省境内,为黄河小浪底水利枢纽的配套工程。水库工程以反调节为主,结合发电,兼顾灌溉、供水等综合利用。工程规模为大(2)型二等工程,拦河建筑物3100m,其中两岸土石坝总长2600m,坝高21m,坝型为斜墙坝;中间的混凝土坝段长550m,最大坝高47m,主要为泄水及发电建筑物。水库坝址呈宽阔的“7”型河槽,两岸坝肩为黄土Ⅱ级阶地,阶地下部为砂砾石覆盖层,河床为砂砾石覆盖层,其下为胶结较差的粉砂岩与粘土岩互层。
1 Overview Xixiayuan anti-regulation reservoir project is located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River in Henan Province, the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Water Control Project. The dam abutments on both sides are loess grade Ⅱ terraces, the gravel cover is in the lower part of the terrace, and the sand and gravel are covered in the riverbed. The siltstone and clay rock are poorly cemented Inter-layer.
