Aviation otitis media is caused by air pressure changes when the aircraft on the middle ear caused damage, this article collected from 1995 to 1998, 64 cases of the disease diagnosis and treatment aimed at the occurrence of the disease, prevention and treatment have a better understanding. 1 Clinical data 64 cases in this group have a clear history of flight, of which 60 cases of emergency landing by aircraft from a high altitude history. Of the 64 patients, 44 were male and 2 were female.
