本文对5S例Graves病定者治疗前后测定了T_3,T_4,抗DNA抗体,发现未经治疗的Graves病患者血清中抗DNA抗体阳性率高,疗后则明显下降。提示,抗DNA抗体可作判断Graves病治疗效果的检测方法。
In this paper, T5, T4 and anti-DNA antibodies were determined before and after treatment in 5S patients with Graves disease. The positive rate of anti-DNA antibody in serum of untreated patients with Graves disease was significantly decreased after treatment. Tip, anti-DNA antibodies can be used to determine the treatment of Graves disease detection methods.
