本文用ELISA法对延边地区部分HBsAg阳性者586名进行HBeAg检查,其阳性率为43％,其中婴幼儿年龄组阳性率最高,青少年组居第二位,中年组最低。
In this paper, 586 of HBsAg positive individuals in Yanbian area were detected by ELISA with a positive rate of 43%. Among them, the positive rate was the highest in infants and young children, the second highest in adolescents, and the lowest in middle-aged patients.
