全国第二次半导体学术会議于1962年11月23日至29日在北京举行,会議共收到各方面的学术論文报告100余篇,在会議期間共宣讀了86篇。这次会議反映了几年来在党的三面紅旗光輝照耀下,我国半导体科学事业有了迅速的发展,科学研究的水平有了显著的提高,科学队伍正在迅速成长壮大。从宣讀的論文报告中也可以看出,在半导体工作的某些方面,有了比較显著的进展,进行了很多有成效的工作。
The 2nd National Semiconductor Academic Conference was held in Beijing from November 23 to November 29, 1962. The conference received more than 100 academic papers in various fields and 86 articles were read during the conference. This meeting reflects the rapid development of the semiconductor science in our country under the bright red light of the tri-party red flags of the party during the past few years. The scientific research has been markedly improved and the scientific ranks are rapidly growing stronger. From the paper reports we read, we can see that there have been notable progress in some aspects of semiconductor work and many fruitful work has been done.
