鳜鱼是典型的肉食性凶猛鱼类,其肉质鲜嫩细腻,食用率高,为鱼中珍品。近年来,我省渔民采用套养、单养等多种形式,饲养鳜鱼获得成功,并取得了很好的经济效益。但由于苗种奇缺,无大批量鳜鱼“寸子”供应,鳜鱼成鱼生产形成不了商品规模。为此,我们从1990—1992年选择鳜鱼人工繁殖育种作为科研课题,进行了3年的试验,总结了一套比较全面,易于推广实用的鳜鱼人工繁殖育种技术模式。现将试验情况报告如下: 一、试验条件
Anchovy is a typical carnivorous ferocious fishes, fresh and delicate meat, high rate of consumption of fish treasures. In recent years, fishermen in our province have adopted various forms such as nursery and monoculture to raise pomfret and achieve good economic benefits.
