目的了解某85×10~4t/a甲醇项目存在的职业病危害因素及其控制效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和控制职业病危害的补充措施。方法对该项目进行职业卫生调查,对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测并分析。结果部分存在高噪声源的作业场所噪声强度大于85 d B(A),作业人员实际接触的8 h等效声级强度符合GBZ 2.2中噪声强度的要求。检测化学毒物22种,涉及5个工种39人次,作业场所51个点次,短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度均符合GBZ 2.1中相关毒物接触限值的要求。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效的,可行的,但应进一步加强噪声的防护措施,加强取样和装卸车的管理,定期对设备及管道进行维护,防止跑、冒、滴、漏的发生。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and its control effects in a 85 × 10 ~ 4t / a methanol project, and to propose key control points for occupational hazards and supplementary measures to control occupational hazards. Methods An occupational health survey of the project was conducted to test and analyze occupational hazards in workplaces. The result shows that the noise intensity of workplace with high noise source is more than 85 d B (A). The equivalent sound intensity of 8 h actually contacted by operators meets the noise intensity requirement in GBZ 2.2. Twenty-two kinds of chemical toxins were detected, covering 39 jobs in 5 workplaces and 51 operating sites. The short-term exposure concentration and time-weighted average concentrations all met the requirements of the relevant toxicant exposure limits in GBZ 2.1. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible. However, noise protection measures should be further strengthened, sampling and loading and unloading vehicles should be strengthened, equipment and pipelines should be maintained regularly to prevent running, running, dripping and leakage occur.
