根据国家林业局《退耕还林工程退耕地还林阶段验收办法(试行)》,新疆伊犁州林业局组织力量于今年8月对补助到期的退耕地还林面积保存、建设质量和工程管理等进行了认真的全面检查验收。伊犁州直属管理的原伊犁地区管辖的八县一市和奎屯市2008年度补助到期的退耕地还林面积总计23,623亩,共涉及八县市的49个乡(镇)场、102个林班、631个小班。
