2008年,对曾为广州城市建设和广州房地产发展做出卓越贡献的广州大型房地产企业——越秀城建地产来说,是不寻常的一年,因为他迎来了第25个春华秋实。越秀城建地产成立于1983年,是广州市最早成立的房地产综合开发企业。2002年,越秀城建地产实施重组,其主要资产注入香港上市公司“越秀投资”(0123.HK),成为国内房地产企业发展房地产金融业务的创举。目前,越秀城建地产总资产达230亿元,累计竣工面积570多万平方米,土地储备近600万平方米,年销售面积近40万平方米。
In 2008, it was an unusual year for Yuecheng Urban Construction Real Estate, a large-scale real estate company in Guangzhou who had made outstanding contributions to the urban construction of Guangzhou and the real estate development in Guangzhou, as he celebrated the 25th Spring Harvest.
