本文针对本钢公司铁精矿装车无计量装置。多年来造成的铁精矿装载量超吨罚款,亏吨多付运费。返矿卸车误时罚款,冬季作业在矿时间长、罚款等问题提出了一种动静态结合的轨道衡称量系统的解决方法,介绍了系统的原理,组成及工作过程。该系统以无基坑、不断轨的计量方式为手段。以多传感器“融合”技术、电子技术、计算机技术为基础。主要研究了传感量信号采集、称重系统软件编制、秤体结构形式、车位判别方法。适用现场的防水、防冻、防电机车干扰的技术措施,大大提高了装车质量,缩短了装车时间。使装车到运输的整个生产过程变得简捷、流畅、其结构型式及部分技术为国内首创。
