加强基层党组织建设,充分发挥基层党组织的战斗力、创造力和凝聚力,是促进企业精神文明建设、推进企业长期和谐发展的重要保障。我们在实际工作中,要用改革的精神,研究新情况,解决新问题,改进工作方法、工作作风,积极探索适应企业基层党组织建设的有效途径。结合企业的实际情况,从支部设置、班子建设、制度建设、教育管理等方面,就抓好基层党组织的建设作一些探讨。
Strengthening the building of grass-roots party organizations and giving full play to the combat effectiveness, creativity and cohesion of grass-roots party organizations are important guarantees for promoting the building of an enterprise’s spiritual civilization and advancing the long-term harmonious development of enterprises. In our practical work, we must use the spirit of reform, study new situations, solve new problems, improve working methods and working style, and actively explore effective ways to adapt to the building of grassroots party organizations in enterprises. Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, we should make some discussions on the construction of the grassroots party organizations in terms of the establishment of branch offices, team building, system construction and education management.
